- Ship the item to the address provided with the RA number. Please include the RA number on the package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or damaged product.

- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
